Pillar Joins VMware's Technology Alliance Partner Program

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 11, 2007 – Pillar Data Systems, a leading provider of enterprise storage systems, today announced it has joined VMware’s Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program. With combined extensive knowledge in the design, implementation and maintenance of virtualized infrastructures, Pillar is continuing to augment its relationship with VMware to provide enterprises with an integrated, highly available, flexible and scalable solution that improves data center efficiencies.

The Pillar Axiom platform is architected to help users consolidate their storage resources, while simplifying management to reduce the cost to acquire, administer, and maintain midrange storage systems.
