Mike Workman has spent his career breaking new technical ground in the storage industry. In his 25+ years in the storage business, Mike's appointments have included vice president of worldwide development for IBM's storage technology division, senior vice president and CTO of Conner Peripherals, and vice president of OEM storage subsystems for IBM. Nancy Holleran has more than 20 years of storage technology experience, including several executive management appointments in Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Pillar, Nancy was vice president of IBM's Worldwide Customer Engineering group, and vice president of technology development and product engineering at Conner Peripherals. |

Edward Hayes
Chief Financial Officer
Edward “Ned” Hayes has 25 years experience in financial, strategic, and general management across a broad set of markets. Before joining Pillar, he was the CFO of Quantum Corporation. Prior to Quantum, Ned was the President and CEO of DirecTV Broadband, and CFO at Telocity where he took the company public, and then successfully sold the business to DirecTV. He has also held senior financial positions at Lucent, Unisys, and Credit Suisse First Boston. |

Curt Wittich
Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Curt has over 15 years experience as an executive sales leader. Before joining Pillar he was senior vice president and general manager of the Americas region at Hitachi Data Systems. He has also held various sales leadership positions with Cullinet Software and Computer Corporation of America. Curt received his Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Business Administration and a Masters in Computer Science from North Dakota State University. He recently completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. |

Bob Maness
Vice President of Marketing
Bob Maness is an experienced IT executive with over 24 years in business operations, marketing, product management, and professional services for hardware and software businesses, with particular emphasis in storage, applications, and security solutions. Bob previously managed storage services and product lines at IBM Corporation and was most recently Vice President, Application Performance Management Products at Symantec Corporation (formerly Veritas Software). |
